Someone save my feet 😩
So I've been working at McDonald's for over a week now but my feet are just taking forever to get used to standing on them all day :( the ball of my foot and my heels are sore any time I stand on them and that really sucks because I have to work continuously so my feet get barely any breaks! Is there anything I can do for them to help the pain OR prevent it?? Please help a girl out, the feet pain often turns into back pain after a while :(
