Help! Yeast Infection?

Okay, so the last couple days, I've had some weird discharge. It's white and looks kind of clumpy. I've also had some itch that won't go away. I think I have a yeast infection, but I don't know how to treat it. I don't really want to go to the doctor. I've heard you can get wipes to clear things up. Please help!
