SOS!!! I need help losing weight!! 😭
I'm 20 I've weighed the same 130 lbs for the last two years. I just stepped on the scale for the first time in two months and I'm a whopping 143... I can't handle this. But I can't seem to find the motivation to change my diet or start going to the gym. I play rugby during the school year but I've been pretty sedentary since May when I got home. Actually it's been more like April because I broke my nose and was unable to play. I also have had a chicken wing addiction and I know I've been eating a lot of fried and unhealthy foods lately. Including drinking a lot of beer. It's crazy because I know the roots to this problem but can't seem to find the motivation to change. Does anyone have any success stories to share? Maybe a before and after pic and how you did it?
