Crush!

So I have this crush on this waiter at a resturant near my house that I go to alot, since he found out that my dad wasn't my husband (cause mu dad looks rlly young for his age) and it was my kid, he started what I think is flirting. (Like he'll lean over me to put down my tea, his hand would swipe mine, his leg would touch mine when he puts the food down, he'll be like "anything you want babe" or "anynything for you sweetheart") but idk if that's being extra friendly or flirting? And I was thinking about giving him my number, but is it tacky to write it on paper and give it to him with his tip? Or is it just a bad idea in general?
