What helps with Restless leg syndrome?

So ladies I've been a long sufferer of RLS and was told by OB to discontinue Requip.  Any advice is appreciated!

This might sound weird, but sleep with a bar of soap at the end of your bed, like put it under the blankets. My grandmother has suffered with RLS for something like 20 years and she newly discovered this and she swears by it.

I've only got it mild. And it's really only if I'm super tired.
Honestly I wiggle my feet a little. Just at the ankles, just back and forth. Plus the repetition actually kind of us me to sleep too lol

I would massage my legs, exercise or stretch them
