RIDICULOUS BREAST PAIN HELP'

Ok from the beginning of pregnancy till now 19 wks I have terrible breast discomfort. Sore nipples, areoles..the fucking breeze hurts me! The shower...I can't even hug anyone. There isn't a bra that does not bother! This is my second pregnancy. 1 was same crap then on top that I had the worse time breastfeeding someone can have! Only lasted 3 months. Something is wrong w/ my nipples too. I do not have those breastfeeding nipples I see other people have. WHat the rec is wrong w/ me? Any suggestions for pain management on breast? And breastfeeding? Seems like only stars can breastfeed. Seriously I cried 3 months.
