off topic but does anyone know what this is on my 1 year old?

it might be hard to see I couldn't get a really good picture. They're like tiny dots all over his chest, back and face he's acting normal and he doesn't have a fever but about an hour ago I fed him a new kind of Gerber cereal and I fed him a new cookie I think they were called vanilla biscuits but my family isn't sure and since he's acting normal I didn't want to take him to children's. Anyone know what it is or what I should do?
