Agh! I've heard both! I have an idea of when I ovulate but also don't want to "miss" a good day.

I saw my OB yesterday and she said if you're using the opk and you get a clear surge, she said to have sex the day of the surge and the day after. She said even every other day can lower sperm count. But who really knows..
