James for a middle name?

We're having a little girl and both my husband and I had/have extremely close relationships with our Grandfathers. We are thinking of naming her Francesca James (Francesco was my gramps and Jim is his) but are not 100% sure yet. Do you think she'd hate us if we give her a boy name?! I think it's adorable but I'm also a pregnant emotional nut job...

I love it! My name is Jamie but friends have called me James at times. The meaning behind is the best part. Our little boy's middle name will be Henry after BOTH of our grandfathers as well!

In an instance like this where the name has meaning, I think she will love being named after people you guys loved so much. Honestly, I'm not a fan of boy names for girls, but this is cute and the meaning behind it is beautiful.

We are naming our baby girl Jaymes Katherine. James was my grandpas name and he died 3 years ago and was a pretty big part of my life. I wanted to honor him by naming my last child after him. We will call her Jayme for short but I love our decision. I have already gotten backlash for it but I'm not worried!
