Does anyone else get migraines !?

Question

So today I got my first migraine during pregnancy and it's killing me !! Does anyone have any pointers on how to make it better or at least subside a little? I can't take the meds I usually take for them. I would just go to sleep but I nanny and have a baby to take care of.

I also use a pillow mist from bath and body works. The stree relief is spear mint scented, helps you fall asleep. Mint is great for migraines

This sounds weird but I saw it on the internet and it works for me.. Put your feet in hot water (as hot as you can stand) and put a frozen bag of peas or ice pack on the back of your neck. It really helped me when I realized I couldn't take my meds anymore. Hope this helps!

Caffiene! Helps more than you know. Ive suffered from them for years. Caffiene and small regular meals with snacks inbetween. I eat atleast 6-8 times a day. Sleeping regular hours helps too.
