Period OR implantation

So my last period finished on the 27th of June for 9days 
I'm due on in 10 days from now, yesterday I saw a spec of blood that I had to second glance, then today a bit more( as shown in photo). I have mild cramps and a sore nipple yes just the one 🙈 btw I have pcos people HELP ME PLEASE
