How do u get hot spots in a bottle? Do people not shake it first or something?

I EBF, so I honestly don't know. Why doesn't shaking the bottle blend it all together?

You should NEVER shake breastmilk in the first place.

I never had that problem always shook it then tested it

Usually that only happens when you use a microwave which is never recommended due to it breaking down nutrients in the milk.. I don't know how it works either though
