Constant boob ache

I'm 4-6 dpo (depending on the app I'm on) and I have this constant ache in my left boob kind if on the side near my arm pit. It's been this way since yesterday. I also have a full ache in my lower left abdomen. I know it's too early for symptoms bc implantation didn't happen yet but anyone else have this going on?? Or did u and got a bfp???
