I didn't feel anything with my first and I'm almost 9 weeks this time and they are only sensitive when my 2 year old climbs all over me .

Everyone is different but normally it's sore nipples and sore side boobs. Most women gain a cup size and their chest hurts so bad they don't want to be touched. Mine were rock hard and my nipples were erect for no reason. It varies woman to woman.
