3 dpo cramps!!

I'm 3 dpo and it feels like my uterus is being pulled apart, kinda hurts. Started yesterday with the pinching but now it feels like someone stretching my uterus as far as it will go! What could be going on? I've started Letrozole this month so maybe that's making a difference.
