Trying to conceive 3 years

Been 3 years of ttc and finally was able to call my doctor and tell them. All they said was to track ovulation for 6 months-_- . kinda sucks since i already been waiting 3 years. When can i finally have my happy ever after. I'm 20 so i dont see whats wrong and im healthy too! 😭. Any tips HEEELP😞
