My first time doing IVF

Since yesterday night i m having strong cramps and woke in the morning with brown blood traces .... However i did yesterday a pregnancy test and it came out BFP . Today will be my 11 day after the transfer . Did anyone face these symptoms? Is this normal or i should get worried ?
