When would I consider my period late?

Question

I have two different apps that show my af tracking. One says that I should start on the 12th, while the other says not till the 14th? Not having any af signs right now and I usally get them a day or two before. My cycle is usally about 28-30 days
So would I just need to wait to call my period late till after the 14th?? 
Any help is appreciated!

I'm I'm the same it said on one the 3rd and one the 8th and I'm between 24-29 day cycles so I waited till the 9th to consider myself late and still lno sign of af :) hopfully this is my month and good luck 2 you
