Ttc possible pregnancy. Need help.

So I'm 7 dpo.

I have bloating and nausea and slight cramping.

I really want to take a test to see but I'm not sure if it will show up.

What is your advice ladies, test or wait? And if it's wait how did you guys hold off on testing?
