Baby shower registry ?

So would it be weird or wrong to register at two different stores? Walmart & target. Target has a lot of the small accessories I'm looking for, & Walmart has the play pen, high chair, swing & crib bedding I want, plus some others. Has anyone registered at two places? Both of the stores are conveniently located in my town so it's easy, just not sure what everyone's opinion about this is. TIA!

I'll be registering at more than one place. In my experience, it's very common to do so.

I think a lot of people register at more than one store. It makes it easier for those who are getting a gift, some people don't have certain stores in their area or if people live long distance it's easier for them.

I registered at Walmart and Babies R Us. I think it's a great idea to have at least two different options for shoppers. One store might be easier for them to get to than another or the price range might be better for them. I had my shower yesterday and all went smoothly!

I'm registered at Babies R Us and Amazon. My registries have some of the same things but each store has slightly different things. It's not unusual to register at more than one.
