Cycle day 36..got blood test today..how to tell SO if bfp..

Just got back from the doctor with my husband as well and among other needed tests,I got a pregnancy blood test done because my period is about a week late. My doctor said she will call me with the results today or tomorrow. If it's a bfp, how should I tell my husband? The tricky thing is we are both home today and knows she is calling. I will step out of the room but what should I do when I am off the phone to tell him I am??! I'm going to be upset if I'm not though ?
