How much does your little one eat ?

My daughter is 7 days old and I think she eats alot but I'm not sure . We breastfeed and pump I pump out 4 to 5 oz and she breast feeds afterwards if she drinks all the milk or I save anything after 4 oz and let her just breast feed . Is this alot for a newborn ? Anyone else's little one have a hearty appetite?

My LO is a month old today.  He breastfeeds and will usually take 3 or 4 ounces of supplement AFTER nursing for fifteen or twenty minutes.  He has been doing this since he was a week old.

My son eats 8oz faithfully as two weeks ago every 5hrs.

My baby eats 2 oz every 2-3 hrs she is 3 weeks old

My son drank 2oz every 2hours for 4 weeks and now he's at 3-4oz every 3-4 hours...week 5

Mine has been like this. She will be 2 weeks. She eats 4oz every 2-3 hours, dr says it's ok and she doesn't ever get sick so she is truly hungry.

I think it depends on how often they feed. I was just reading on kellymom.com that its really easy to over feed with a bottle.  They have good tips about bottle feeding a breastfeeding baby. That being said, my son is huge and eats all the time, haha

Bottle fed babies will overeat becauae they get the milk faster and their body doesn't realize it is full yet.
That being said if she isn't spitting up exceaaively afterwards I wouldn't be too concerned.
