I've known this guys for 8 years and we recently started hanging out again. I feel myself falling for him but he keeps friend zoning me. And he doesn't want a relationship right now regardless. How do I stop myself for falling for him? 😢

distancing yourself sometimes helps. i learned to distance myself when i dont want to get hurt again by someone i am really interested in. hang out with friends and dont contact him. if you must interact with him, only do so with other people around so then it isnt awkward.
