Do prental DHA pills help you get prego!

Been trying to get pregnant' ain't working out, my friend told me abou these DHA off the counter vitamins do they help you get pregnant ?

They don't help you get pregnant but it's an essential nutrient for the fetus just like folic acid when you do get pregnant to help prevent neural tube defects. Still really important to take while ttc so you have good levels when you do get pregnant :)

For me they have not helped at all! I started taking them in August ever since my whole cycle has changed a lot! I had one super heavy period and one missed period! Just because it did not work for me doesn't mean it will be the same for you! Good luck!
