So frustrated

I'm so frustrated! I've been having sporadic painful contractions the past week and about a half hour ago I had the worst contraction ever. I was literally whimpering in pain and felt like I couldn't breathe. But I haven't had another one since...what is going on?! It's like my body can't decide if it wants to go into labor or not...
