Any tips on back pain?
Im 27 weeks and i have quite a petite frame and honestly, im not as big as other ladies that are pregnant (im still measuring normally) but in getting such uncomfortable back pain and tummy aches through my abdomen. Im so run down and really feeling the effects of the pregnancy now. Does anyone know if pain killers can help or if there are certain exercises etc? I can go on maternity leave for a year in a month which is so exciting but i have to find a way to make myself more comfy till then. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ❤
