My ovulation ultrasound

Well I just finished with my ultrasound to see if I was ovulating. And I was told that it looked like I had already ovulated. And I was told that my uterus wall was really thick thicker than it is supposed to be so she wants to schedule a biopsy she said that could be some of the reason why I am not getting pregnant but she said that she needs to wait until my next menstrual to see if I start because I could have a pregnancy hidden in there and that could be why it's so thick so if I don't start I need to take a test if I do start and then they will schedule the biopsy so here is to hoping
