Late period but haven't had sex recently

Ok y'all I'm back to being I Y like 9% paranoid. I haven't had sex in two months and i was on birth control for one of those months and have had my period since then. I'm 4 days late on my current one and I haven't gotte it yet. Any explainations? Thanks!
