dull achy cramps! so confused

i know yall probably cant help much but the past week or so ive had white chunky cm, normally i would think yeast infection but i had no other symptoms so i was riding it out. two days ago i started having very dull achy cramps around uterus area, i am ttc so i thought maybe possible pregnancy. but my discharge increased so i decided to take fluconazole to clear it up, a few hours later i got dull achy cramps again. nothing "painful" just a fever type body aches in the uterus area. ive had plenty of YI before but never associated with aches. & this morning at 12 dpo i got really thick lotiony cm ive never ever had before. are my symptoms pregnancy related or infection related. I really dont wanna have to get tested as i have lots of medical bills already to pay for. anyone have anything similar?
