So i was wondering how many times a day we should have sex during ovulation. If it helps or doesnt help to have it more than once a day?

They say every other day is best because it allows the sperm to build up again. I've read that there is no difference in effectiveness doing more than once a day

The month we conceived we had Alex once a day from cd 1 through AF and ended on cd 14. We tried for over a year with every other day starting after AF
