phobia of needles
so this topic is completely unrelated to this app but I have an extreme phobia of needles (i.e vaccinations) everytime I have to discuss what vaccinations I have had and need to get i get incredibly anxious and break down crying. can someone give some tips on not freaking next time I go to get shots?
