Whats a normal weight for a 18 yr old with a Dcup (if that matters) that is 4'9???? What do y'all think??

I think a healthy weight for someone your height is anywhere from 100-115 pounds I am 5ft with double d's, even though I am way over weight now I was very thin and attractive at 108-120 pounds. Even at 108 my doctor still said that I could lose 10 pounds! I don't think being under 100 pounds is healthy for any adult no matter how short you are!
