Help! How to remember to take birth control pill?
So I started taking the pill about two years ago but I've always struggled to take it. So sometimes I take it but stop bc I forget and get so far behind. I know. I know. Taking it and stopping is bad. But I need to start taking it consistently because I recently have lost my virginity and been having sex(sometimes unprotected). How should I/how do you remember to take it everyday?
