Sensitive nipples that are a bit darker and a little itchy.

My nipples started feeling funny in the last day.  A feeling I'm not used to even before periods.  They seem a bit darker in color and are a bit itchy.   Also, sore along with the entire breast.  I'm used to sore breasts before a period (which is due to start in two days) but this itchy and the look of my nipples seem completely different this time.  I'm TTC and we tried twice (one on the 30th and again on the 2nd) while I was ovulating.   Could this be a possible super early symptom of pregnancy?   The only time my nipples have itched like this was due to an allergic reaction to washer soap, but I no longer use washer soap, so that's not a possibility.   Is it too early to test??    I'm such a newbie so, Please help with any of your advice!   Thanks so much!
