How to stop caring about looks

I've made the mistake of dating people only based on the way they look. My ex was really attractive but he was a horrible person & cheated on me multiple times. I've finally found someone that is super sweet, and is everything my ex never was. I like him, however I keep comparing him to my ex based on the way he looks.. And it's not good. How can I stop doing this?:/
