My ovaries hurt so bad 😪😪

I have PCOS on CD50 cycles are irregular with no ovulation. My ovaries hurt soooooooo badly! They don't feel like cramping it feels as if I worked each one out it hurts so bad i can't stop crying! My dr gave me an u/s and she said they were clear for cysts and it's so frustrating to be in this much pain and no help! I have no idea what could be causing this pain
