IVF HELP! 😟

A little back story....

.....My husband's urologist sent him to do a seman analysis and was told to have them freeze any sperm if there was any present. Thankfully there was, so we have a reserve. The day of ivf they will do another seman collection so they have fresh sperm and if nothing is present they will use the frozen sperm.

Oh doctor/his nurse never called us with a plan so I called them Monday and they tell me he just went on Vacation today! Now....I know they need their break too but he's gone for 2 weeks.

Long story short, my cycle starts the 25th of this month. Can IVF be done at any time of your cycle? Or is there a window to start?

Just wondering if the start of our IVF will be put off for another month. 😣😫😔 Trying to mentally prepare myself.
