PCOS ??

Question

Been TTC for 17 months. Went to the doctors and they took cycle day 5 & 21 bloods to check my progesterone levels. They came back really low, basically showing that I had not ovulated. They are wanting to test me for polycystic ovaries. I am heart broke. Have any of you ladies got this syndrome and how has TTC gone for you? I have done nothing but cry for 2 days..

Hi I have PCOS. We've been trying to concierge now for 5 months and so far no joy but we won't give up. It was a shock at first but you do get used to it. Some people can have it worse than others as I don't have every symptom but I do have the cysts, hormonal imbalance, my progesterone levels wasn't right earlier this year but I've managed to loose 2 stone since I was diagnosed in February this year and losing weight helps regulate things as I had a period in may and June which was a big thing even though we're trying to conceive as means I've ovulated. PCOS isn't the best but it is still possible to still get pregnant just harder please don't give up! 😊

Hey I have PCOS I was diagnosed at 13. We've been trying 4 and half years and no luck, never been pregnant either. I had no periods  between the age of 13 and 20 and irregular periods between 20 and 21. I had ovarian drilling last November Which we thought didn't work as my periods didn't start up within the 2 months they say is average but I had a random natural period in March and I've had 5 28-29 cycles since, so here's hoping.

Some of my friends have PCOS and have concieved first month trying and other have conceived after a few months and some are just like me. PCOS varies and so do the symptoms.
