Post partum bleeding: best pad/adult diaper?

What's the best pad, adult diaper, or underwear you used for the bleeding after delivery? I'm having a c-section, but I know all women have to go through days/weeks of bleeding. The baby's not the only one who will need a diaper!

Always overnight. They are in the purple wrapper.  They're extra long and nice and thick. I found them with my first and I didn't leak through, even at night. I made sure to buy a pack when I had my second and I already bought them for after this birth.

I always buy a few boxes of disposable briefs and large maternity towels to see me through the first few days, I also like to get a good supply of cheap full briefs for when I come home from hospital

Also....my heaviest bleeding was done after a few days (I also had a c section). My Dr said they're able to "clean you out" after a csection

Always infinity!!! A little more pricey, but will last you a lot longer

Always brand, overnight. I was very impressed with the Flexfoam. It's MUCH thinner, extremely absorbent. 
Ask for a couple extra pairs of mesh briefs from the hospital.

After my 2 c sections I was able to wear my normal menstrual pad. Maybe buy one pack of diapers, but I'd not buy more till I knew.

Go online and order samples of adult diapers, hopefully they'll come in time. You really don't need them. But if you fee is you do you can also ask for one at the hospital, I'm sure they'd give you one.

While in hospital I used their thick pads. Once I got home I just used always brand ultra thin pads.
