Has O ended? Enough of a Temp Spike?

I had a positive OPK on CD14 7/10 and we have BD as seen. I know that a temp spike to indicate O day is over needs to be .5-1 degree higher but I think it was .45 higher. Should we BD tonight just to be sure or is it probably over? Also any education on how to read a chart with a cover line is welcomed! Thank you ladies!
