Nexplanon Advice

Hi! I saw this cute app on FB and I'm in love already. But anyway, in a few days (the 15th) it'll be a year since I've decided to do the implant as a form of birth control. I got it when I was not sexually active cause my period pain was horrible, but when I got the implant it was actually the day AFTER my period went off. For the first month (August) I had no bleeding. Then once I had sex for the first time, I started bleeding for a whole month! It was hell! The bleeding stopped and I spotted nearly the whole month of October. But a trend that I found is that everytime I had sex, I would start bleeding & my period would come (hope that make sense lol) It was so annoying because I became afraid to enjoy myself!! Starting the new year, it seem that the spotting & period finally ceased, and the trend of having irregular bleeding after sex ended as well. Yes, some may say this is a good thing but I immediately got paranoid because I thought I was pregnant! Is it even possible to get pregnant on nexplanon?? But, my multiple pregnancy test turned out false despite my paranoia. Now just recently I've had sex with a mutual partner and now my main problem with this implant is the irregular bleeding and spotting during sex!
