Healthy meal ideas!
Hey guys, I'm starting to eat healthier. I need to lose this weight, and I'm excited to do so! I need opinions on counting calories, healthy meals throughout the day, etc. this morning I had peanut butter on toast and two eggs. Not too sure how healthy that is. Is cottage cheese okay? How much is too much for one meal? Is one piece of chicken with a tiny bit of ranch on a salad too big of a meal? It would be MUCH appreciated if you ladies could tell me what you eat in a day to lose weight/stay healthy. What do you snack on during the day? What's your breakfast or dinner look like? Anything would be helpful. 😊
