In Need Of Feedback
I stopped taking my birth control pills because they weren't effective at treating my PMs symptoms and we're making my period irregular. I had been taking the pills for 5 years straight, well I had a short one month stint of nuvaring but it just didn't work for me at all.
I'm normally very regular, I'm looking for a birth control that will do the basic not conceiving part and help with my PMS symptoms; irritability (extreme), headaches/migraines, acne (period related), strong cramping (abdominal and lower back).
I was hoping to get some feedback and advice on what people they have found works and what they have found that hasn't. I understand everyone is different, I'm hoping to hear about a few different options before I go see a Dr. about the matter.
