How can i get over this dream

How can i get over this bad dream? I had a horrible dream and I have been crying non stop since I woke up .... it was so real I even woke up with tears. I don't wanna get into too much detail cause I'll start bawling uncontrollably but it was about one of my children passing away and I was histerical in the dream screaming and crying and begging for her to be brought back I was begging to hold her hand just one last time.. I'm so upset I just wanna hold her all day ! 😓😓😓😓😓
