I'm out :( rant

I have pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome) meaning my eggs don't drop I ovulate like 3 times a year. I'm on metformin which worked within a week for me for our first. We are trying for number two. Have been trying since June and I got my af today :( I think we are going to try preseed and the metformin together and see how that works. I was told me losing weight last time helped and metformin helped me lose weight fast last time so here is to hoping. I'm just upset and needed to rant I felt horrible having to tell my husband today that af came. He wants another as badly if not worse than I do. I hate my irregular periods! If I go by when I started last month then I was four days late. If I go by what glow says it shouldn't have started till the 10th so I thought I was still in. Then I thought it was implantation blood bc it was very weird and clotted. But I guess there is always next month but we were hoping to have a Christmas present for everyone. :(
