I still need health insurance so I will stay until I deliver.

I get 12 weeks unpaid time off. I have the option of cashing out my saved up sick time and vacation time for money during leave. I will be Taking all 12 weeks. I'm hoping to work right up until I go into labor. Or my due date... whichever comes first. I will go on leave on my due date if I haven't gone into labor yet.

I'll definitely be taking the year of maternity leave I'm entitled to - I'll have to decide about 10 months in if I'm going to go back or not so I can give notice if not. At the moment I have no idea what I'll do or want to do at that point!

I quit my job soon after I found out I was pregnant. I had planned on staying until right up to his due date or close to it at least but my manager was being a b***h and had cut my hours so far down that it wasn't worth me driving to work so I said "F" this and left.. Has ended working out for us tho cause my husbands car broke down so he had to use mine and then my mom needed me to fly out and help her with my grandma for a month. All of which we/ I wouldn't have been able to do if I were still working...
