CD 34 & 16DPO Now what?

Had a blood draw done yesterday for HCG that came back today at 12. So I took an at home test just to see & got this. I am CD 34 & 16 days past ovulation. The doctor literally said "Maybe" & to come back & test again in a week. So do I do the happy dance or not?
