Confused..

So I've been on birth control for 7 years, never had a missed period (occasionally late or early, sometimes even only bleeding for 2-3days). But last month on the 6th I started bleeding and was done by the 9th. It was a light weight period by my standards FORSURE. But by this month, I'm already 6 days late. I've had clear-white discharge. But not much more than usual. Of course, I immediately jumped to a pregnancy test, it was negative. I waited a few more days and taken another one, still negative. Is there any chance that last months "period" wasn't actually a period ? ... My gyno is extremely hard to get an immediate appointment for.
