People are so evil

So, I'm a claims adjuster, which is pretty stressful. I had agreed to overnight a check to a customer last Thursday and did my part to get it done. Little did I know the lady in charge of the overnight part quit and the check went out via regular mail. This customer had previously asked me why I was always off every other Friday and I happily told him I am pregnant and have appointments. This ass hole emails me to tell me he hasn't gotten his check and that I'm a liar and that God will make sure to take care of me and my unborn child when the time comes. WTF is wrong with people?!? I'm livid. All over a check to have a scratch on his hardwood floors refinished. Not like he was dying or his home was falling apart. My back is so tense from trying not to cry and trying not to call him and rip him a new one.....
