I need some help or advice please

I just wanted to know if plan b is really effective? I took it on the 21st June around 10:30am after having sex the evening before. the guy wore a condom and he said it never split but he rubbed against me bare and me being me, I freaked out and got Levenolle... I've had a bleed recently for 6/7 days and it's been like my period, heavy and red and such, I've just finished. I just don't know if the pill is effective, I've been feeling sick and I don't know if that's with worry but I'm honestly freaking out. Any advice would make me grateful, I just need some help. I can't speak to my mom. Thank you.😊
